From helping you choose the perfect location and theme to suggesting outfits, props, and mood boards — we guide you every step of the way. Whether you're dreaming of a romantic outdoor setting, a destination shoot, or a creative concept-based session, our team ensures the planning process is smooth and enjoyable, so you can just focus on being yourselves in front of the camera.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates based on our availability. Any advance paid will be adjusted accordingly, provided the new date is confirmed within a reasonable timeframe.

For cancellations, the booking/advance amount is non-refundable, as it reserves our team and dates exclusively for you. However, in certain genuine cases, we may offer partial adjustments or credits toward future bookings.

We recommend informing us as early as possible for any changes, so we can assist you better and keep things smooth on both sides.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, we offer all three — digital files, prints, and premium albums.

At Kohli Production, every client receives professionally edited high-resolution digital files delivered through a secure online gallery or drive. We also offer custom-designed albums in various sizes and finishes, using high-quality materials to ensure your memories are preserved beautifully. If you’re looking for prints or framed photographs, we can arrange those too on request. Our packages can be fully customized based on what you’d like to receive.

5. Do you shoot for rituals also?

Yes, we cover all wedding rituals and ceremonies.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

We aim to deliver your memories as soon as possible — without compromising on quality.

At Kohli Production, our standard delivery timelines are:

Raw photos: Within 1 week

Edited Photos: Within 3–4 weeks

Full Wedding Film, Teasers, Reels & Album: Within 90 days

These timelines may vary slightly based on the scale of the event and season, but we always keep you informed and updated throughout the process.
